Valentine Attorneys

We are a boutique firm that specialises in the fields of conveyancing, deceased estates and notarial services.

The sole practitioner in the firm is Clive Valentine.  Clive was admitted as an attorney and conveyancer in 1986 and as a notary in 1989.  He has practised as a conveyancer and property attorney since 1986 and is vastly experienced in this field having first cut his teeth in a well-established conveyancing firm and subsequently assuming responsibility for conveyancing in a small two-man partnership which has enabled him to be exposed to most aspects of conveyancing over the years.

Clive renders a singularly personal service in a friendly manner and acts with integrity, professionalism, meticulousness and speed, all essential traits of a good conveyancer.  He is sensitive to the interests of all stakeholders and strives to remove the “hassle” from the process for all parties in order to ensure a smooth and speedy transfer.

Clive was born and educated in Cape Town.  He is married to Wendy and they have two school-going children.  He resides with the family in Newlands and is ideally placed to serve the needs of the local community and beyond within his fields of expertise.
